While the song 'Check Your Bucket' addresses taking inventory of one's love life, it can serve as a symbol to take inventory of anything from A—Z.
I think it is especially a good thing to take inventory of one's overall health. Monitor your dietary intake and daily activities — the things you listen to and the company you keep — the books you read. Are these things serving you in being well?

Oftentimes I walk and discover pennies on the ground. Recently, I took an early morning walk and requested of The Most High to direct me to a penny. For me, a penny is symbolic of His Oneness and Mastery --- and His abundance. After walking a few blocks, still no penny.
I then get this insight that 'abundance' does not always show up in the form of money. I was prompted to look at the many trees on the path that I walked. -- More than enough for me to behold and enjoy. I suddenly became conscious of the air --- by far more that I can breathe.
I embraced the concept that The Universe is filled with abundance --- and all based on one's perception.

At a recent family gathering, an elderly lady made an announcement over her displeasure about some gifts she'd received from her relatives. She told the family members that in order to improve the guality of her gifts, she'd stipulated in her will that all gifts would be returned to the givers upon her death.
Matthew 7:2 "... with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again." (KJV Bible).
It is important to understand that whatever IT is that one gives out - even a thought - s/he will inevitably get it back. And that 'will' was initiated by the Highest Authority.

Recently I reviewed some notes I'd taken while studying. I came upon this sentence: "the earth revolves around the sun and vice versa 1,033 1/3 miles per second." Pretty remarkable...
What's even more remarkable and humbling to me is that as a performer, I am gifted to play the piano with a different rhythm in each hand, keep time using both feet, and sing --- SIMULTANEOUSLY.
In having this ability, if I had no one to appreciate it, or to experience it, what good would the gift be?
While music is a wonderful gift to have, so is writing, or photography, or painting – or web design and hosting. Each of us has a significant part in the whole.
Make it a point to acknowledge your gifts, with thanks, – and someone else for his. Do this often. You'll be pleasantly surprised how things will shift in your world.

The only constant is change. Yet, there is a force that never changes – never fails or dies. The challenge and mission for every living being is to seek to find that non-changing entity.

People often ask me how it is that I seem to be so much at peace. There is a primary reason --- and it is available to all who wish to have it. Here's a simple prerequisite to attaining peace at that level. I invite you to observe the beasts, birds and fish and let them teach you.
Let this be a daily routine and life, as you know it, will never be the same.
